I made my cards slightly different than those pictured in the brochure. That is what is great about card kits: you can make them exactly as suggested or you can switch it up!
One of things I love about this kit is the gold foil. There is gold foil on the cards, the little banners and stars, and the envelope liner! I also love how full the baker's twine and gold thread are; it really makes the cards!
I had an extra Good as Gold kit laying around and wanted to make something other than cards. So, I came up with this little box. I wanted to use just one card base to make the sides, so I cut them in half at the in each direction (finished size of one side 2-1/2" x 3-1/2"). I then scored them at 1/4" from the bottom and sticky striped them to a base I cut from an envelope (2-1/2" x 2-1/2").
The sides are not actually attached to each other. I punched a hole on each side and thread the twine through them to hold the box together.
I cut apart the gold envelope liners and used my Fringe Scissors to make the gold fringe. The adorable little polka dot bag is from the Twisty Treats Kit (also from SAB). Then I tied the little banners from the card kit on to the bag. I think these turned out adorable, and it was a great new way to use the card kit!
