Six Sided Circles

Happy Friday!!! I have my last card to share with you today using the Six Sided Sampler stamp set and Smoky Slate Ink Pad. This was a great little challenge I made for myself, and it resulted in some super cute and simple cards. Do you have any challenges you give yourself to spark your creativity???

The great thing about Smoky Slate is that it can be paired with just about every color. Here I used it with Pear Pizzazz; I am a big fan of the Chevron Ribbon! I embossed the Whisper White Card Stock with the Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder and glued it upside down onto my card. This creates a different look that most of us are used to with the dots being de-embossed.

I created a different pattern by overlapping the striped hexagon image on a piece of Smoky Slate Card Stock. I then punched a circle out using my 2-1/2" Circle Punch and layered a 1-1/4" Circle of Vellum Card Stock and a 1" Circle with the sentiment.

Stampin' Supplies:
  • Six Sided Sampler Stamp Set
  • Smoky Slate Classic Stampin' Pad
  • Smoky Slate, Pear Pizzazz, Whisper White, and Vellum CS
  • 2-1/2", 1-1/4", and 1" Circle Punches
  • Pear Pizzazz Chevron Ribbon
  • Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder
  • Basic Rhinestone Jewels
Have a great weekend!

Smiles :)
