Watercolor Monster

Its Friday!!!! Yesterday, all demonstrators got to see the new Annual Catalog. I don't want to give too much away, but let me just tell you that I have a five page wish list. I also finally go to play with Project Life, and I love it! Since it is Friday, I thought I would share this super fun, but simple, card with you.

This is another card that used the Monstermaniacs (no longer available) and Just Sayin' stamp sets. Do you notice the embossed dots on the card base?? That's the Decorative Dots Embossing Folder from Sale-A-Bration that is being carried over into the new Annual Catalog! Yay! Like the other cards, I used my Stampin' Write Markers to get the word bubble two colors and cut it out with the Word Bubble Framelit Dies.

On the other cards in this set, I have colored the monsters in. For this card I wanted to do something different by water-coloring the area where my monster would be stamped. So I used my Aqua Painter and Coastal Cabana and Rich Razzleberry Classic Stampin' Pads to throw a little color where my image would be. Once it was dry, I stamped the monster in StazOn and colored in his eyes with my White Gel Pen to make them pop.

Stampin' Supplies:
  • Just Sayin' and Monstermaniacs Stamp Sets
  • Rich Razzleberry and Coastal Cabana Classic Stampin Pads
  • Rich Razzleberry and Basic Black Stampin' Write Markers
  • StazOn
  • Whisper White and Coastal Cabana CS
  • White Gel Pen
  • Essentials Paper-Piercing Pack with Paper Piercing Tool and Stampin' Pierce Mat
  • Decorative Dots Embossing Folder
Enjoy your weekend!

Smiles :)
