The Tag a Bag Accessory Kit is not only great to decorate some gift packages, but it is also perfect for all kinds of projects! I love me some banners, so I used some of the tags to make this little cutie.
I used one of each of the flag style tags and just tied them together with some White Baker's Twine. (The kit includes a thick white twine, but I prefer the "normal" twine.) The banner was pretty tiny when I was done, so I framed it with some Confetti Celebration Designer Series Paper and Smoky Slate Card Stock.
There was nothing too tricky about making this. I stepped it up by heat embossing a few of the images from the A Happy Hooray stamp set. By just layering different elements and adding special touches like stitching and staples make this project look like more work that it actually is.
