Pop Up Halloween House - Stampin' Up! Artisan Blog Hop

Hey all! Welcome to another Artisan Design Team Blog Hop! This week is particularly exciting as we are sharing our first projects that will be featured on Stampin' Up!'s Facebook page! I'm always impressed by the talent these ladies have, so I can't wait to see what they have created for this week! Be sure to check out every project by clicking the "Next" button at the end of each post.

I have been wanting to make these pop up house cards for a while now. As soon as I seen the Motley Monsters Designer Series Paper, I knew some little Halloween houses would be adorable!

Aren't they just adorable?!?!?! I am thrilled with how they turned out! I used to different sheets of the Motley Monsters Designer Series Paper for two totally different houses. It is great that you get to see both sides of the paper!

The best part about these houses is that they are not just for decoration...they are pop up cards! So you can send one to your Halloween loving friends and then they can use it as part of their Halloween decorations!

As if the houses weren't cute enough already, the Freaky Friends and Ghoulish Greetings stamps sets put them over the top! I put some of the friends in the doorways and on the outside of the house and the greetings can be seen through the windows.

Since the houses are an unusual sized card, I used my Envelope Punch Board to make matching envelopes. This was such a simple step, but it really completes the project! Now I know that you are dying to make these yourselves, but this blog post is starting to get a little long. So, come by tomorrow for my steps and tricks to making these pop up houses, including measurements!
