I started building this card with that beautiful watercolored background. Now you could do that by hand, but that is a lot of work! Just grab the Handcarved stamp, sponge some Rose Red and Hello Honey ink onto it, spritz it with some water, and stamp it on watercolor paper. Ta-da! You have a beautiful piece of watercoloring that took you seconds to make!
I then pulled out two of my favorite stamp sets, Bravo and @SoSocial, and just started building some fun layers. I added some flowers from the Flower Flair Framelits and a mess of Basic Gray Baker's Twine. I embossed "Hip Hip Hooray" on Vellum Card Stock so that you could see the flowers and twine behind it. The overall bright and happy feel of this card is great!
