The great trick on this project is the double Berry Basket. I cut three of the basket pieces out of Silver Foil Sheets - two for the sides and one for the ends. The one for the ends I cut in half and added another piece of paper in the middle to make it longer. The edge on this basket is the beautiful floral trim from the Artisan Embellishment Kit. I just stapled around the outside of the basket for an easy but beautiful look. To finish the basket off, I made another one out of white card stock to line it. The basket ended up being the perfect size for some cards and envelopes!
For the cards to fill the basket, I decided to use the From the Garden stamp set and coordinating Handpicked Framelits. I wanted to keep a really soft and pretty look and to use some more of the pieces from the Artisan Embellishment Kit. On this card in particular, I embossed the flower in white on white card stock to give a really nice subtle effect.
There are these amazing laser cut pieces in the Artisan Embellishment Kit that I was struggling to figure out how to use. After a lot of trial, I decided to use the back side of them with a little bit of Pink Pirouette water coloring behind them. Again, this created a super soft and pretty look that I instantly fell in love with!
On this last card I just stamped that vine image multiple times, added a touch of ribbon, and a quick sentiment. It was super quick but it is still really fun and interesting. For the envelopes included in the basket, I stamped the flaps with the flower image in Pink Pirouette, like the lining of the basket. This was just enough to but the whole project over the top. This little basket of cards would make a great gift!
