Hello Color #TGIFC19

Happy Friday! There is a new challenge on TGIF Challenges and it is a color challenge. This color challenge is Watermelon Wonder, Mint Macaron, and Basic Black. I would have never used these colors together on my own, but that is what challenges are for - getting you out of your comfort zone!

I decided a fun watercoloring technique would be fun with these colors and the Garden In Bloom Set. I stamped the more solid images on Watercolor Paper and then spritzed it with water. This allowed for the color to bleed for a really organic look. Once it dried some, I stamped over the images with the same color and the outline images. When I seen that Basic Black was a part of this challenge, I just had to use the new Black Glimmer Paper. Just a touch of glimmer in the "hello" die cut is the perfect amount. A little cluster of ribbon and baker's twine helps to create even more of a focal point.
