Lifetime of Love #TGIFC59

Hey everyone! I recently had to make a special card for a friend and the Sunshine Sayings Bundle was perfect for creating my own sentiment. The sketch for this week's TGIF Challenge was also a great starting point for this card.

As you can see, I loosely followed the sketch. The vellum heart from the Sunshine Wishes Dies is my square focal point, and the love is the layered square over top. The sketch has two horizontal elements and I interpreted that on this cards as some twine and stitching. I really love the neutral color scheme of this card. It is a departure from anything I would normally do, but it is such a stunning effect. This card ended up in the mail, but I made a second one that is now for sale on my new Etsy shop!

Now, head on over to TGIF Challenges, take a look at the designers projects, and take on the challenge for yourself!
