The beautiful flower from the Birthday Blooms Stamp Set comes to life when painted and fussy cut. I used So Saffron, Calypso Coral, Wild Wasabi, and Garden Green Inks to give the flowers depth and interest. A Crumb Cake background with a simple repeated background allows the flowers to be the star of the card. Some Vellum Card Stock and a baker's twine bow add a touch of delicacy that compliments the floral imagery. The Labeler Alphabet Stamp Set was prefect for creating a custom sentiment for Mother's Day. I was so excited while making this card for my mom, that I instantly share a picture of it with her. The colors, painting, detailed cutting, vellum, and twine combine to make this my one of my favorite cards that I have ever made.
